Children and Young People''s Therapeutic Service Lead

About the role: SRASAC is looking for an experienced clinical leader to take operational and clinical responsibility for our Children and Young People''s Therapeutic Service, ensuring children, young people and their families receive safe, timely and high-quality trauma-informed support. Working under the direction of the Senior Management Team, you''ll provide visible clinical leadership across the service, acting as first point of contact for our CYP Therapeutic Practitioners on safeguarding, clinical dilemmas, case allocation and day-to-day operational challenges. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you''ll hold a specialist clinical caseload, staying connected to frontline practice and supporting children and young people whose needs are particularly complex or difficult to allocate. Role highlights: Operational leadership - day-to-day oversight of service delivery, capacity, waiting lists, and referral/assessment/allocation processes for children, young people and families Clinical leadership - first point of contact for practitioners on safeguarding, risk, ethical dilemmas and complex case decisions involving children, young people and families Multi-agency working - providing consultation on partnership approaches with schools and other agencies where appropriate Hands-on clinical practice - a specialist caseload including complex safeguarding ..... full job details .....
