Working within a minimum 2:1 staffing ratio, you''ll help create a nurturing environment where young people can grow, heal, and thrive.Your responsibilities will include:Building positive, trusting relationships with young peopleSupporting daily routines: school runs, appointments, activities, and bedtimeEncouraging independence, confidence, and personal developmentKeeping accurate daily records (emotions, routines, activities, food diaries, etc.)Supporting young people with budgeting and maintaining receiptsIdentifying and reporting safeguarding concerns promptlyAssisting with personal care and household tasks when requiredManaging challenging behaviour with patience, resilience, and confidence What We''re Looking ForA caring, professional, and non-judgemental attitudeStrong communication and problem-solving skillsEmotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressureGood attention to detail when writing notes and reportsExperience in ..... full job details .....
