THE IDEAL PERSON WILL HAVE: Experience supporting children or young people with Cerebral Palsy or additional needs. A positive, encouraging approach that promotes independence and choice. The ability to work as part of a small team (full training provided). A commitment to delivering high-quality, therapeutic support in a caring a professional way. Excellent communication skills. Enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to engage in a range of activities.
