Job Title: Children and Family Worker Location: Based on site in West London (This location is hidden due to the sensitive nature of the service) Unfortunately this service does not have step free access. Salary: £28,800 Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (One Saturday once every 3 months instead of a Friday) on a rolling rota including 07:30 - 15:30, 09:00 - 17:00 and 11:30 - 19:30. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements including weekends and bank holidays About the role As a Children and Family worker, you will be based within our Women''s Refuge service, supporting women and children up to the age of 15 who have escaped domestic abuse. You will deliver trauma-informed, child and family centred support to promote safety and wellbeing, working collaboratively with mothers to strengthen the parent-child relationship during a time of crisis.
