This specialist provision supports pupils aged 11-16 with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, and associated learning difficulties. The school provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where young people are supported to develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and support within both educational and residential settings. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and promote their wellbeing. Support young people with autism, ADHD, behavioural needs, and emotional regulation difficulties. Implement behaviour support strategies and encourage positive outcomes. Assist with daily routines, personal development, independence, and social skills. Support evening and overnight residential routines, including two sleep-in shifts per week.
