Alongside managing your own files, you''ll play an important role in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.The RoleYou will manage a busy caseload of childcare matters, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients while delivering the highest standards of client care.Your responsibilities will include:Advising parents, guardians and CAFCASS-appointed Children''s Guardians on a wide range of childcare matters.Managing all aspects of public law children work, including care proceedings and emergency protection matters.Handling Legal Aid and CCMS applications and procedures.Advising on police protection orders, child protection case reviews and related public law issues.Providing supervision, guidance and support to junior Solicitors, Paralegals, Caseworkers and Trainees.Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding client experience and contribute to the continued development ..... full job details .....
