THE ROLE: • As the appointed Childcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for your own caseload of childcare law related matters including providing advice to parents, grandparents and other family members. • You will be dealing with child arrangement orders, special guardianship orders, care orders, emergency protection orders, pre proceedings meetings and interim care orders.
