This full time Childcare Solicitor position sits with a respected practice across the East Midlands, offering hybrid working and a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience. The appointed solicitor will manage a personal caseload covering child arrangement orders, special guardianship, care proceedings, emergency protection orders and pre-proceedings meetings, advising parents, grandparents and wider family members. Candidates should hold at least three years PQE, demonstrate strong teamwork and deliver exceptional client care. THE ROLE:
• As the appointed Childcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for your own caseload of childcare law related matters including providing advice to parents, grandparents and other family members.
• You will be dealing with child arrangement orders, special guardianship orders, care orders, emergency protection orders, pre proceedings meetings and interim care orders.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• The successful Childcare Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years PQE
• Excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to provide a high standard of client care is essential for this role.
