JOB REF: 5369. THE ROLE: • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding client experience and contribute to the continued development of the department. • You will manage a busy caseload of childcare matters, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients while delivering the highest standards of client care. • Advising parents, guardians and CAFCASS-appointed Children's Guardians on a wide range of childcare matters. • Managing all aspects of public law children work, including care proceedings and emergency protection matters. • Advising on police protection orders, child protection case reviews and related public law issues. • Providing supervision, guidance and support to junior Solicitors, Paralegals, Caseworkers and Trainees.
