The role supports vulnerable children, parents, guardians, and local authorities while contributing to the professional development and reputation of the firm or organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload of public law children matters, including care proceedings, supervision orders, and adoption cases.Represent children, parents, guardians, and other interested parties in court hearings, tribunals, and related legal proceedings.Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic legal advice tailored to the needs of clients.Undertake advocacy, liaising with counsel as necessary, and prepare detailed case documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and other court submissions.Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with professional and organisational standards.Conduct legal research, interpret legislation, and summarise case law relevant to child care and family law matters.Advise and support internal teams, including social workers and other professionals, on legal and procedural matters.Contribute to team development, mentoring junior staff, and sharing ..... full job details .....
