This is a senior operational role combining training delivery with quality improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring each nursery meets and exceeds EYFS and Ofsted requirements, while supporting managers and teams to deliver outstanding care and education. The role will involve working closely with nursery managers to identify training needs, design and deliver targeted training programmes, carry out quality audits and inspections, support curriculum development, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
