About the Role

As a Residential Children''s Worker, you''ll be more than a carer - you''ll be a mentor, a safe space, and a steady presence in the lives of children who need you most.

You''ll:

• Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care in a safe and respectful environment

• Support emotional, educational, and social development every step of the way

• Help young people rebuild trust, confidence, and hope

• Work within a supportive team driven by strong values and a clear purpose

What You''ll Need

• A Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People''s Workforce (or a willingness to gain it - fully funded through our Apprenticeship programme)

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends on a rota
