Childcare Lecturer - T-Levels Location: Merseyside Contract: Temporary Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Hours: Part-time / 4 days per week Rate: £35 - £40 per hour Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Childcare Lecturer to join a college in Merseyside, delivering Level 2 Childcare T-Level programmes across four days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate education professional to support students in developing the knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours needed for successful careers in the early years and childcare sector. The role As a Childcare Lecturer, you will: Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Level 2 Childcare T Level programmes. Plan lessons and prepare relevant teaching and learning resources. Assess student work and provide constructive feedback. Monitor learner progress and provide support where required. Prepare students for practical and work-related elements of their programmes About you You will ideally have: A relevant qualification in Childcare, Early Years, Education or a related subject. Experience teaching or supporting learners at Level 2 and/or T Level. Current knowledge of early years and childcare practice. A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one. Strong classroom management, communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve their potential. Working pattern ..... full job details .....
