We are seeking an experienced Children Panel Accredited Child Care Solicitor to join my clients growing Family team. My client are a highly regarded boutique law firm in Birmingham. This is a senior role offering autonomy, flexible working, and the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues.The Role Manage a complex public and private Child Care caseload, including Legal Aid/CCMS and advocacyRepresent parents, family members, and children (directly or via CAFCASS Guardians)Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and caseworkers, supporting team developmentContribute to business development and strengthening referral networksThe PersonChildren Panel Accredited Solicitor with 5+ years'' PQE in Child CareStrong experience in Legal Aid, care proceedings, and sensitive client mattersConfident advocate with excellent drafting, case management, and client care skillsCommercially aware, proactive, and able to build trusted professional ..... full job details .....
