• Maintain flawless daily records and incident reports while upholding rigorous personal and professional boundaries.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary partners, family networks, and care teams to ensure a unified circle of support.

• Proven Background: At least 2 years of direct experience supporting children or young people with high support needs in crisis or residential settings.

• Crisis Management: Demonstrated capability in applying proactive de-escalation techniques and making safe decisions under pressure.

• Compliance: Active PVG scheme membership (or readiness to register).

• Driving Capabilities: A full UK driving licence with business insurance is preferred.

• Core Strengths: Excellent communication, sound practical judgement, and creative engagement strategies.

This role is ideal for candidates with background experience as a Youth Worker, Residential Care Worker, Crisis Support Practitioner, Behavioural Intervention Worker, or Care Assistant.
