This team is dedicated to undertaking purposeful, relationship-based intervention with children and families, working collaboratively to manage risk, build on family strengths, and deliver positive, long-term outcomes.Core ResponsibilitiesOperating as a key member of a dedicated locality team, your day-to-day duties will involve:Case Management: Managing a varied statutory caseload of children and young people subject to Child Protection plans and Children in Need frameworks.Risk Assessment and Planning: Designing, implementing, and regularly reviewing robust child-centered care plans to ensure safety and stability.Multi-Agency Leadership: Working in locked step with key partner agencies-including health, education, and police-whilst chairing core groups and multi-agency reviews.Voice of the Child: Conducting high-quality, creative direct work with children to ensure their wishes, feelings, and lived experiences ..... full job details .....
