This is a part-time role (2 days per week), ideal for someone looking to make a focused and lasting impact.About the Role: Delivering Child Development lessons to small groups of KS4 pupils Tailoring content to engage students who may be working below expected levels Supporting students in completing coursework and preparing for assessments Working alongside pastoral and SEN teams to manage behaviour and ensure emotional wellbeing Creating a safe, respectful learning environment that builds confidence and motivationThe Ideal Candidate Will: Have teaching or tutoring experience, ideally with KS4 students Be confident delivering Child Development or Health and Social Care content Have experience working with pupils with SEMH needs or within alternative provision settings Demonstrate resilience, empathy, and a strong commitment to inclusive education Be confident in managing ..... full job details .....
