Childcare Locum Solicitor Location: WarringtonRate: £60-£70 per hour, depending on experienceContract: 12-month locum contractWorking Pattern: Hybrid / Remote working available CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a Local authority based in Warrington, who are seeking an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join their legal team on a 12-month locum contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Childcare Lawyer looking for a long-term assignment within a supportive, progressive and friendly legal team. The Role Working within the Council''s child safeguarding team, you will provide legal advice and support across a varied caseload of childcare matters. The role involves significant levels of advocacy in the Family Court, making strong advocacy experience essential. Your responsibilities will include: Providing legal advice on child safeguarding and childcare matters Undertaking advocacy in the Family Court Advising councillors and officers where required Interpreting legislation and providing practical, common-sense legal advice Managing a varied caseload effectively Working closely with social workers, officers and other professionals Ensuring the Council''s legal responsibilities are properly considered Supporting the wider legal team with high-quality legal advice About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will have: Previous experience as a Childcare Solicitor, ideally within a Local Authority Strong knowledge of child ..... full job details .....
