The service offers a 7 day service to families, however, workers predominantly manage their own diaries. There is the expectation that family members will be seen outside of normal working hours where this is needed.- The family-worker has an independent role in supporting the family but this process works alongside social worker assessments. Desirable experience - family time/contact supervision. - Essential experience - of working with children/families.
