Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s technology strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of trading platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Oversee the IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance of trading operations.
Manage and grow the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to understand and meet their technology needs.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards in all technology operations.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to maintain technological leadership.
