What you''ll be doing:Leading the delivery and evolution of Digital Records and Archive Management (DRAM) and Digital Sensitivity Review (DSR) systems.Managing and maintaining system architecture, ensuring security, compliance, and operational integrity.Overseeing a talented team of Software and Secure Cloud Engineers, fostering efficiency and continuous improvement.Collaborating with project teams, partners, and stakeholders to deliver secure, robust, and user-friendly solutions.Developing strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with government security standards.Supporting multiple projects, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.Ensuring systems meet legislative and security requirements.
