Chief Software Architect/Claude andamp; Agentic AI A Chief Software Architect is required by a FinTech-focused AI engineering consultancy to design and deliver enterprise solutions built on Anthropic''s Claude technologies. You will be responsible for: Architecting and designing Claude-based enterprise solutions using a wide range of Claude tools, from integration layers and agentic orchestration to the harnesses that take AI from prototype to production. Leading the design and delivery of scalable, secure, serverless FinTech platforms for enterprise clients. Modernising software development by overhauling Legacy codebases and introducing AI-assisted, Claude-powered engineering, supported by the controls and practices needed to keep it safe and compliant at scale. Setting governance and standards by defining the architectural principles, security controls and responsible AI frameworks needed to deploy AI in regulated environments. Advising senior stakeholders and shaping bespoke solutions that deliver measurable business value, from initial pre-sales conversations through to delivery. Leading multidisciplinary teams while remaining hands-on throughout large transformation programmes. Required experience Extensive experience as a CTO, Chief Architect, Head of Engineering or in a similar role, with a track record of solving complex architectural problems and delivering enterprise-class products to customers.
