This role offers the chance to take real technical ownership and directly shape where the business goes next. As Chief RF Engineer, you will be the lead technical voice for antenna and RF engineering, setting standards and making the key design calls across complex programmes. Responsibilities include leading antenna development from initial concept through to production, as well as chairing design reviews and holding final technical sign-off. The work covers RF, microwave and mmWave antennas, taking in EM simulation, design trade-offs, test and qualification. You will be the main technical contact for customers, work closely with the General Manager, and bring on the engineers in your team.
