• Leading performance testing activities to optimise vehicle performance
• Developing and implementing advanced simulation models to predict vehicle behaviour
• Analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and innovation

• Overseeing the development of performance metrics and benchmarking against industry standards
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers

• Experience in performance testing within a motorsports or related high-performance environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance analytics
• Expertise in developing and running simulation models
• Strong understanding of motorsport engineering principles and vehicle dynamics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team
• Effective communication skills and ability to present technical information clearly
