Base £350k-£420k + LTIP + Car Allowance + Executive Benefits We are looking for an accomplished C-Suite leader for appointment as Chief Operating Officer (COO) within a highly successful international Technology organisation. Operating globally, with significant revenues, the business possesses considerable scale, brand strength, technology, data and intellectual capital. It is also operating in an environment being reshaped by Artificial Intelligence, global trade, geopolitical complexity, changing customer behaviours and accelerating competitive disruption. The next stage of growth requires more than operational management. It requires Constant Transformation. Working alongside the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the COO will translate corporate ambition into an increasingly agile, AI-enabled and commercially responsive global operating model. Central to the mandate will be Environment, Vision and Resource (EVR) planning - understanding the changing environment; helping define the vision required to succeed within it; and aligning people, capital, technology and organisational capability accordingly.
