with the CEO on special projects, and be responsible for building a small “Exec” team of 5, which will be made up of him/her, the CEO and 3 other strategy and analytical Execs.The “exec” team will be separate from the leadership team and be responsible for working on special and critical strategic and tactical projects for the company. The business is considered a progressive leader in its field, achieving rapid growth in both personnel and revenues and set to double in size over the next 12 months.The projects you and the team will work on could be a variety of things, many of which may be unforeseen, making this a varied and exciting role.
