We’re looking for someone who can be both a

strategic problem solver

and a

force multiplier

for our VP of Product. In this role, you’ll dive into complex, messy challenges across the organization—diagnosing issues, structuring solutions, and partnering with teams and leaders to make things happen.You won’t just organize work; you’ll roll up your sleeves and solve problems directly. At the same time, you’ll work alongside the VP of Product by driving follow-through on priorities, unblocking teams, and keeping execution on track. This is a unique opportunity to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, creating leverage at the very heart of our product organization.Responsibilities

Crack tough problems: Step into org-wide, strategy, or execution challenges—diagnose, structure, and solve them so issues are identified early and resolved effectively.Shape strategy: Partner with the VP Product to frame problems, analyze opportunities, stress-test ideas, and craft leadership/board narratives that move strategic initiatives forward at pace.Drive cross-functional work: Own initiatives that cut across teams, pushing them from concept to execution and ensuring delivery with clarity and speed.Be a force multiplier: Drive follow-through on key decisions, manage priorities, and unblock progress so the VP Product is freed up to focus on the highest-leverage priorities.Align with leadership: Run cadences, prep, and accountability rhythms that focus on outcomes for leaders across the business.Qualifications

Hands-on product operating experience is a must — you’ve been a product manager or led product teams, so you understand how to shape product strategy, partner with design/engineering, and drive execution.Significant experience in commercial, operational, or strategic roles. You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills in a commercial context.Proven ability to step into complex, cross-functional problems and drive them through to resolution.Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; able to cut through ambiguity and frame decisions.High EQ; able to influence senior stakeholders and handle sensitive discussions with discretion.Bias to action: scrappy, able to move fast and unblock without perfect conditions.Comfortable switching between strategy (big-picture) and execution (getting things done).Benefits
