The Chief of Staff is a new role, created as More in Common transitions from its founding phase, when the organisation was led by its co-founders, to sole CEO leadership. It incorporates a senior adviser role, in which the Chief of Staff will be the principal aide, advisor and coordinator to the global CEO Tim Dixon, ensuring priorities advance, decisions move efficiently and commitments are executed. The Chief of Staff will also act as organisational glue: working closely with More in Common''s team of country leaders and directors, ensuring alignment between country executive directors, the global team and the CEO around More in Common''s strategy, programmes and operations, and helping spot and resolve problems before they escalate.
