Chief of Staff

A Single-Family Office is looking for a commercially minded Chief of Staff to oversee and professionalise a growing portfolio of properties across the UK and Europe. This is a key role working alongside the senior finance/operations lead. This position will suit someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership, thrives in a discreet, entrepreneurial family setting, and wants to leave a visible mark on how a significant property portfolio is run. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of multiple high-end properties Lead the commercialisation of underused assets, driving income from rentals, holiday lets and events. Own budgets and cost control across the portfolio, working closely with the central finance lead on planning, cash flow and spend approvals. Manage and coordinate household and estate staff, ensuring clear standards, reviews and smooth operations across locations. Oversee renovations and capex projects, liaising with contractors, suppliers and agencies. Candidate Profile: Experience in a family office, UHNW household, estate management or similar private environment. Proven background in property / estate oversight and ideally commercialising assets Strong commercial acumen, confident with budgets, PandLs and challenging costs. Able to push projects through while maintaining excellent relationships.
