Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery of medical and scientific product development projects within an ISO 13485 framework. Oversee technical, commercial, and project management activities including budgeting, scheduling, and risk control. Act as technical lead, guiding and reviewing the work of cross-functional teams across mechanical, electronics, software, and design disciplines. Support business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and strategic partnerships. Represent the organisation at industry conferences, trade shows, and seminars (including international events). Contribute to marketing and thought leadership, producing presentations, articles, and case studies. Drive a culture of innovation, quality, and engineering excellence across all project teams. Candidate Profile Essential: Proven experience delivering medical product development projects under ISO 13485 or equivalent quality systems.
