Chief Finance Officer (PE Backed Engineering Business)

Looking for an experienced CFO with experience in a PE backed engineering business. I''m working with a PE firm that have just invested in an engineering business and are looking to merge them with to form an international engineering group.They''re looking to both professionalise the finance function so that it''s fit for purpose in a PE environment, and to find someone with specific MandA integration experience. The initial contract will be for six months, but there''s a good potential for the role to become permanent.
