Chief Finance Officer

KJA are working exclusively with a fast growing, founder led business within the engineering/tech/manufacturing space. Due to sustained double digit growth, they are seeking a CFO to join the Executive Leadership Team. Equity available.This is a high impact role for a commercially minded and hands on CFO who can shape financial strategy, support investment and drive operational excellence across a scaling organisation.The OpportunityYou will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team, responsible for leading the financial strategy of the business while ensuring operational excellence, strong governance and commercial rigour across the organisation.You will provide the financial insight and leadership required to support continued growth, investment and operational performance, while developing a scalable finance function capable of supporting their long-term ambitions.Working closely with colleagues across Engineering, Operations, Commercial and HR, you will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, evaluating investment opportunities, supporting commercial decision-making and maintaining strong relationships with shareholders, investors and external partners.This is a broad executive leadership role requiring a commercially minded CFO who is equally comfortable influencing strategic decisions, leading fundraising activity, driving operational improvements with a hands on mindset and developing high-performing teams.Experience and ..... full job details .....
