As part of an ambitious growth agenda, Active Prospects is seeking a Chief Finance and Growth Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this newly created role has been designed to strengthen executive leadership capacity and ensure that financial strategy, growth, investment and business planning are fully aligned with the organisation''s long-term ambitions. The Role The Chief Finance and Growth Officer will provide strategic leadership across finance, business planning, financial modelling, treasury, business development, property investment and digital services. You will work closely with the Chief Executive, Board and senior leadership team to ensure the organisation remains financially resilient while pursuing sustainable growth opportunities that enhance impact for the people it supports.
