We''re PSS, a national charity with the simple mission to create amazing support shaped by real lives and real voices, rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the power to live life on their own terms. Our vision is a world where people have the power and freedom to create a life beyond limits, and we''re determined to be part of that. What matters most to us in all we do is people. From the people we support, to our Shared Lives carers, volunteers, trustees and teammates, we want everyone who is part of PSS to feel like they belong and that they can show up as their full, authentic self. We want the people we support to have full control over their lives, their support and their futures, giving them a voice and a choice in everything, including how our organisation is run. As our new chief executive, you''ll be joining our organisation at a really exciting time. We''ve recently launched our shiny new strategic plan for 2026 to 2030 (otherwise known as ''The Big Plan''), and we''re looking for a leader who can build on the strong foundations already in place while helping us imagine what comes next. The Big Plan has been co-produced with the people we support and sets out an ambitious direction for PSS, focusing on themes such as sharing power, helping people create lives beyond limits, getting stronger and braver as we grow, building happy teams, staying rooted in nature, community and belonging, and working smarter, together.
