Salary: £40,000- £50,000 (FTE) dependent on experience

Contract Type: 25-30 hours per week, Permanent, On-Site

This charity provides food offering and is a vital community organisation committed to tackling hunger and its root causes. We provide emergency food support and work collaboratively to build long-term solutions to food poverty.

The RoleThey are seeking an inspirational and strategic leader to serve as their Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the Chair and Board of Trustees, the CEO will lead the charity''s operations, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement strategic plans in collaboration with Trustees.

Oversee operations, finances, and impact measurement.

Represent the charity across media and public forums.

Drive fundraising and income generation strategies.

Build partnerships with government, funders, and community organisations.

About You

Proven leadership experience in the charity or non-profit sector.

Strong financial and strategic planning skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
