Its unique, evidence-based practice supports people facing some of life''s most complex challenges, from neurological conditions and developmental delays to mental health difficulties and life-limiting illnesses. At the heart of the charity''s work is a clear mission: to use music to break down barriers and challenge injustice. With a bold new strategy and a clear national ambition, the organisation is calling for music therapy to be recognised, integrated and accessible as part of the UK''s health and care system. The charity is now seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of this journey. This is a significant leadership opportunity for an experienced, purpose-driven executive who can inspire teams, influence national conversations and ensure long-term impact and sustainability. As CEO, you will be responsible for leading the organisation with clarity, compassion and strategic focus.
