Possability People is a user-led pan-impairment disability charity based in Brighton and Hove. For more than 40 years, we''ve worked alongside disabled people to remove barriers, provide practical support and help people have choice and control over their lives. We''re now looking for an experienced and values-led Chief Officer to lead us into our next phase. This is an important time for us. We have a strong local identity, committed staff and volunteers, established services and a wealth of experience across the organisation. We''re looking for someone who can build on that strong foundation while bringing clear strategic direction, financial focus and momentum for the future. What makes this opportunity interesting?
