Graff Search is delighted to offer a unique opportunity as CEO for a reputable technology-based (Software / SaaS / AI) organisation in London.The firm was set-up over 10 years ago by one of the world’s leading specialists within the field of digital and radio technology, with the vision of taking video / radio-based technology to the next level using next generation AI techniques which will have a deep impact on both the public and commercial sectors.The role:As CEO, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the organisation, whilst driving company expansion, revenue growth, innovation and long-term sustainability. The role will involve you working closely with the Board and Executive committee to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of technology innovation in a rapidly evolving Software / SaaS / AI landscape, whilst delivering value to customers and stakeholders around the world.Key Attributes:Strategic LeadershipLead the business through it’s next stage of growthLead the business through new product launches and funding initiatives, whilst promoting and delivering growth/scaleBe at the forefront of new market trends and position the firm to maintain it’s competitive edge within the AI and SaaS marketsSpearhead the alignment between all functions: technology, sales and marketing, operations, finance and product and customer success.Champion innovation and guide product strategy with customer needs.Lead on the future of next generation ethical AI, product evolution and data-driven decision makingQualifications and ExperienceThe ideal candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate 10+ years (as a guide) experience in an executive leadership position, ideally within a Technology and / or AI driven business.Good understanding of modern software business modelsExperience of facing-off to Boards and InvestorsInternational / global leadership experience would be helpful.A good understanding of Compliance, Governance and International lawsDemonstrable success in scaling a tech-based company, including establishing effective overseas partnerships.Offer competencies around high integrity, transparency and ethical leadership.Competitive six-figure base salary, based on experience and suitabilityBonus (discretionary) around 100%Stock optionsThis is being offered on a fully remote basis, although UK-based would be preferable.For further details, please contact Stuart Vines, Managing Director at Graff Search on: stuart@graffsearch.co.ukSeniority level
