Bees for Development is seeking an exceptional leader to drive our next chapter of growth and impact. For over 30 years, we''ve pioneered the use of beekeeping as a sustainable development tool, helping communities across Africa escape poverty while protecting biodiversity. Now we''re ready to scale our impact significantly - growing from £900K to £1.4M income within three years and expanding to new locations using our proven model. Salary £65,000-£70,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) Location Monmouth (hybrid possible - minimum three days per week in office) The Opportunity This is a rare chance to lead a mission-driven organisation with huge potential.
