Causes: Youth and Children Environment Job Description At Amelia Trust Farm we deliver therapeutic and educative programmes for young people facing multiple disadvantages to help them get their lives back on track by involving them in meaningful activities at the Farm. We also work in partnership with other charities to reach out to different groups of vulnerable people and provide community facilities for everyone to enjoy the countryside and the benefits of nature. We have been engaged in this work for more than 30 years and are looking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer to take over from the current CEO who retires next Spring. We are looking for an effective Chief Executive Officer who wants to make a difference in transforming the lives of young people; and who is committed to preserving and developing our environment so that it can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.
