Adullam is a Community Benefit Society dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing alongside tailored support, training, education and employment opportunities that help people build stable, independent lives and realise their full potential. Our tenants, residents and service users include asylum seekers, ex-offenders, expectant and new mums, people with mental health issues, recovering addicts, survivors of domestic abuse, those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, and young people leaving care. As our current Chief Executive will soon be retiring, we are seeking an exceptional leader to guide our organisation through its next chapter. Leading a committed workforce of approximately 270 colleagues, you will provide strategic and values-led leadership to deliver our vision, mission and long-term objectives. This is a significant leadership opportunity within a complex, multi-regulated environment encompassing supported housing, general needs housing, and Ofsted-regulated services delivered across multiple locations.
