Senior technical authority role for active magnetic bearing products. Requires AMB, rotordynamics, FEA, CFD and rotating equipment experience. Remote role with discretionary bonus and international travel when required. This is a senior technical authority role responsible for the technical integrity, reliability and performance of advanced active magnetic bearing products. The successful candidate will approve complex designs and analyses, set technical standards and guide strategic product applications for critical rotating equipment. The role suits a recognised technical expert with deep active magnetic bearing, rotordynamics and advanced analysis expertise, able to support customer engagement, product development and technical governance. Key Responsibilities Act as the final technical authority for product designs, analyses and critical engineering decisions. Define and enforce engineering standards, design rules and industry best practice. Lead critical design reviews and failure investigations covering performance, safety and reliability.
