Chief Data Governance/Governance Manager

Job Description: In this role, you will lead the governance and reporting for Client''s Group Chief Data andamp; Analytics Officer (GCDAO), working with key senior stakeholders regionally and globally. This is a cross functional role within the CTO COO Governance team which will cover responsibilities within Governance, Function Management andamp; Change Delivery. Key priorities include: Board Governance Planning, Monitoring andamp; Reporting: Oversight of all Board and regulatory requirements required for GCDAO to govern Data andamp; Analytics. Lead engagement with senior leaders to deliver requirements. Data andamp; Analytics Governance Planning, Monitoring andamp; Reporting: Lead the continuing development, implementation and improvement of governance processes across DAO. Management of Data and Analytics Committees and Governance: Organise and manage global DAO governance meetings, acting as secretariat where appropriate. Inform and influence the decision making of leadership positions by use of management information, business performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback and HSBC data strategy.
