Operating as a vertically integrated, product-led business, they are entering a critical phase of commercial transformation and growth. The business is focused on rebuilding profitable growth, strengthening customer engagement, improving operational alignment, and modernising its omnichannel commercial capability across retail, digital, wholesale, and international markets.This is not a traditional sales leadership role. It requires a commercially ambitious, operationally hands-on leader who can unite all revenue-generating and customer-facing functions behind a clear strategy for growth and execution.
