The Company

Our client is an established international manufacturer with a strong brand, a reputation for quality and significant growth ambitions across the UK, Europe and the US. As the business enters its next phase of development, it is looking to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer to lead its sales and marketing strategy. This is a key executive appointment with responsibility for driving revenue growth, developing new markets and strengthening the commercial platform across the group.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer will lead the group''s sales and marketing strategy, with a clear mandate to accelerate profitable growth across the UK, Europe and the US. You will drive international sales performance, strengthen forecasting and pipeline management, develop key customer relationships and identify new market opportunities. Alongside this, you will lead the marketing agenda, ensuring brand, proposition, product positioning and go-to-market activity are aligned to the group''s commercial objectives. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will bring sales and marketing together as one high-performing commercial function, translating ambitious growth plans into measurable results.

The Person

The successful candidate will be an accomplished commercial leader with a strong track record of delivering profitable international growth. You will have led high-performing sales teams and understand how marketing, brand and customer proposition can support revenue growth. Commercially sharp, data-led and results focused, you will have the credibility to operate at board level while remaining hands-on in driving execution. Experience within branded manufacturing or a related international environment would be highly attractive.
