About the Role:
An ambitious and supportive secondary school in Aylesbury is seeking a passionate Chemistry Teacher to join their Science Department from September. The ideal candidate will have a strong subject knowledge and a drive to engage students through practical and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
- Plan engaging, differentiated lessons that support progress for all learners
- Use assessment data to inform teaching and track pupil outcomes
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Chemistry or a related subject
- Experience teaching Chemistry at secondary level
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A passion for science education and student achievement
