Are you a qualified Chemistry Teacher looking for a new challenge after October half-term?

Aspire People is actively recruiting Chemistry specialists for secondary schools across Birmingham and Solihull, with teaching opportunities available from Monday 2 November and throughout the remainder of the academic year.

We''re keen to speak with teachers who have strong Chemistry subject knowledge and can confidently deliver engaging Science lessons, whether you''re looking for the flexibility of supply teaching or a longer-term position within a Science department.

WHAT OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

We recruit for daily supply, short-term cover, regular weekly bookings and long-term Chemistry teaching assignments, with potential permanent opportunities also available.

Depending on your experience and the requirements of the school, you could be teaching general Science across KS3, GCSE Chemistry and Combined Science at KS4, or A Level Chemistry at KS5.

Longer-term roles may include planning, marking, assessment, practical investigations and supporting pupils as they prepare for their GCSE and A Level examinations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will need QTS or QTLS, strong Chemistry subject knowledge and the confidence to manage a secondary classroom effectively.

We are particularly interested in teachers who can explain complex scientific concepts clearly, engage pupils of different abilities and maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour.

Applications are welcomed from experienced Chemistry Teachers and Early Career Teachers who are looking to develop their experience in secondary education.
