This is an excellent opportunity for a Chemistry Teacher who is passionate about their subject and committed to helping students develop their knowledge, confidence and enthusiasm for Science. You will become part of a supportive department and play an important role in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

The Role

• Start January 2027
• 5 days per week
• Temporary position
• Daily rate of -180 - -260, depending on experience
• Teach Chemistry across KS3 and KS4
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
• Support students with different abilities and learning needs
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative Science department
• Prepare students effectively for assessments and examinations

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Chemistry Teacher with relevant UK teaching experience
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Chemistry
• Experience teaching at secondary level
• Confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management
• Able to engage and inspire students across different ability levels
• Committed to supporting students'' academic progress
• Available to work 5 days per week from January
