Chemical Production Operative - Early Shift Location: Blackburn Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:00am-9:00am Salary: 29,000 - 30,000 depending on experience Contract: PermanentWe are recruiting for an experienced Chemical Production Operative to join an established manufacturing business in Blackburn.The role involves supporting the manufacture and production of chemical products, operating production equipment and ensuring products are manufactured safely and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture, pack and label chemical productsOperate automated/manual machinery, mixing vessels and reactorsHandle and prepare raw materialsRecord batch information using handheld barcode systemsCarry out basic QC checksComplete production and cleaning recordsMaintain high standards of safety and housekeeping RequirementsPrevious production/manufacturing experience, ideally within chemicals or process manufacturingFLT and Reach Truck licenceGood numerical, IT and communication skillsReliable with a strong approach to health and safety Benefits27 days holiday + bank holidaysFree staff breakfast/lunchPotential annual bonusCompany pension and sick payFree onsite parkingCompany events Interested?
