This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in chemical processing, manufacturing or a similar regulated environment who takes pride in producing high-quality work and following established procedures. As a Chemical Process Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of chemical processing operations on aerospace components, ensuring that all work is completed safely, accurately and in accordance with company procedures, quality standards and health and safety requirements. The Role Your key responsibilities will include: Carrying out chemical processing operations in accordance with detailed written work instructions. Preparing, monitoring and maintaining chemical solutions and process tanks. Safely loading and unloading components throughout the processing stages. Carrying out routine temperature and chemical concentration checks. Inspecting processed components to ensure quality and conformity to specification. Accurately completing production and process documentation. Entering and updating production information using Microsoft Excel. Using Windows-based systems to access electronic work instructions and company information. Following COSHH requirements, risk assessments and safe working procedures at all times.
